Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá doručováním písemností podle správního řádu. Zjišťuje podle právní úpravy jaké typy lze využít při doručování písemností. Místní šetření je prováděno na Krajské hygienické stanici v Ústí nad Labem, neboť doručuje písemnosti podle správního řádu, a zjišťuje jaké mohou vznikat problémy a překážky při doručování písemností.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the delivery of documents according to the Administrative Procedure Code. It determines according to the legal regulation which types can be used for the delivery of documents. The local investigation is carried out at the Krajské hygienické stanici in Ústí nad Labem, as it delivers documents in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code, and finds out what problems …more
