Abstract:

Disertační práce Režijní profil Aloise Hajdy (Inscenace z let 1972–1991) se zabývá tvorbou Aloise Hajdy v Divadle pracujících v Gottwaldově (nyní Městské divadlo Zlín) v letech 1972 – 1980 a v Mahenově činohře Státního (nyní Národního) divadla Brno mezi lety 1981 – 1991. Ve svém vrcholném období se zvláště ve Zlíně vypracoval v osobnost výjimečného režijního rukopisu, když absorboval a svébytně rozvinul zásady brechtovské divadelní poetiky. Inspiroval se rovněž groteskními principy tvorby Charlieho Chaplina, neiluzivními postupy Osvobozeného divadla, výdobytky ruské a české meziválečné avantgardy a plebejsky zdravým pohledem na svět (Švejk). S tím souvisí i Hajdovo zásadní životní téma. „malého člověka ve velkém světě“. Ve zlínském divadle ověřenou metodu režijní práce spolu s osobitým přístupem k interpretaci dramatického textu pak úspěšně rozvíjel v Mahenově činohře a pražském divadelním prostředí, kde spolupracoval s Divadlem S. K. Neumanna (dnes Divadlo pod Palmovkou), Divadlem Na zábradlí a Národním divadlem. Důraz je kladen především na rozbory inscenací a hledání inspiračních zdrojů, jichž ve svých režiích nejčastěji používal. Závěrečná kapitola se pak mimo abstrahovaná zjištění snaží zmapovat i Hajdův přístup k herecké tvorbě.

Abstract:

The dissertation thesis The directorial character of Alois Hajda (Stagings from 1972-1991) deals with Hajda´s production in the then Theatre of the Working People in Gottwaldov (now The City Theatre in Zlín) in 1972 -1980 and in the Mahen Drama Theatre of the State Theatre in Brno in 1981 – 1991, In his most significant period, first of all in Zlín, he worked his way up to a personality of an exceptional stage style, in which he absorbed and independently developed mainly the priciples of Brecht-style poetics. He drew inspiration, as well, from the grotesque-like style of Charlie Chaplin, from the non-ilusive style of the former Liberated Theatre, from the achievements of the Russian and Czech inter-war avant-garde, and of the Švejk-like ironic look at the shown reality (Švejk by Jaroslav Hašek), Then he successfully evolved this dirctorial stage method in the Drama Theatre in Brno, as well as in Prague (S.K. Neumann Theatre, now Divadlo pod Palmovkou, Divadlo Na zábradlí, Národní divadlo – National Theatre). The emphasis is mainly placed on the stagings analyses and on the seeking of the inspirational sources, which he most often used in his directorial work. The concluding chapter then tries – except of the abstracted findings – to describe Hajda´s access to the actors´ stage work.
