Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zaměřuje na využití terapeutického paradigmatu při práci s pěstouny. Cílem této práce je se zaměřit na aplikaci terapeutického paradigmatu a zjistit tak, jaké metody a techniky s tímto cílem mohou souviset v rámci rozvoje komunikačních dovedností při práci s pěstouny a jejich dětmi. Práce se nejprve věnuje teoretickému ukotvení problematiky. Provádí rešerši relevantních zdrojů a definuje klíčové pojmy týkající se pěstounské péče. Dále se zaměřuje na legislativní zakotvení pěstounské péče v České republice a propojuje téma s oblastí sociální politiky, včetně jejích funkcí, principů a nástrojů. V druhé části práce jsou podrobně popsány vybrané metody a techniky sociální práce vhodné pro práci s pěstouny a dětmi svěřenými do jejich péče. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována Metodě Kid's Skills, která umožňuje transformovat dětské problémy v rozvíjející se dovednosti. Závěrečná část práce shrnuje výsledky analýzy potřebnosti, která mapuje aktuální stav komunikačních dovedností v pěstounských rodinách v České republice.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis focuses on the use of the therapeutic paradigm when working with foster parents. The goal of this work is to focus on the application of the therapeutic paradigm and find out what methods and techniques can be related to this goal in the framework of the development of communication skills when working with foster parents and their children. The work first deals with the theoretical anchoring of the issue. Research relevant resources and defines key terms related to foster care. It also focuses on the legislative anchoring of foster care in the Czech Republic and connects the topic with the area of social policy, including its functions, principles and tools. The second part of the thesis describes in detail selected methods and techniques of social work suitable for working with foster parents and children entrusted to their care. Special attention is paid to the Kid's Skills Method, which makes it possible to transform children's problems into developing skills. The final part of the thesis summarizes the results of the needs analysis, which maps the current state of communication skills in foster families in the Czech Republic.
