Groundwater composition and origin in the boreholes near Hrdliv village

Abstract:

My work is based of the classification and composition of groundwater in the vicinity of the village Hrdlív, specifically water in encountered hydrogeological wells. I deal with the rock content at the site and the mineralization caused by it. Using analyzes and drill-ing reports provided by Satorka Drill and using the literature, I determined the boundaries between createous and carbon rocks. I assigned the encountered water collectors to the corresponding formations and studied the local rocks, their composition and the impact on groundwater. By creating a Piper and Durov diagram in the Geochemist Workbench program, I determined the type of water from the samples and also compared it with the findings from the literature. Subsequently, I addressed the possible factors that have transformed this groundwater into what it is today. Water samples came from 7 hydroge-ological wells and the first was excavated in the 1980s. The water appeared to be heavily mineralized at that time, but in about half a century the content of dissolved minerals has multiplied.

Moje práce se zabývá klasifikací a složením podzemních vod v okolí obce Hrdlív, kon-krétně vodou v naražených hydrogeologických vrtech. Věnuji se v ní horninové náplni na lokalitě a mineralizaci jí způsobené. Pomocí analýz a vrtných zpráv poskytnutých firmou Satorka Drill a za použití literatury, jsem určil hranice mezi horninami křídy a karbonu. Naražené kolektory vody jsem přiřadil k odpovídajícím souvrstvím a studoval místní horniny, jejich složení a vliv na podzemní vodu. Vytvořením Piperova a Durovova dia-gramu v programu Geochemist Workbench jsem určil typ vody z odebraných vzorků a také je porovnal s poznatky z odborné literatury. Následně jsem se věnoval možným fak-torům, které přetvořily tuto podzemní vody do dnešní podoby. Vzorky vody pocházely ze 7 hydrogeologických vrtů a první byl vyhlouben již v 80. letech. Voda se jevila jako silně mineralizovaná už tehdy, ale za přibližně půlstoletí se obsah rozpuštěných minerálů ještě znásobil.
