Iontově selektivní elektrody ve výuce analytické chemie

Ion selective electrodes in teaching of analytical chemistry
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje elektroanalytické chemii, zejména iontově selektivním elektrodám. Zabývá se stanovením vápníku ve třech typech vitamínů pomocí kombinované iontově selektivní elektrody. Jako srovnávací metoda byla použita manganometrická titrace. Výsledky získané těmito dvěma metodami byly porovnány. Součástí práce je návod pro úlohu do praktika z analytické chemie.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis concerns electroanalytical chemistry, especially ion selective electrodes. It deals with the determination of calcium in three types of tablets using ion selective electrode. As a comparative method manganometric titration was used. The results of these two methods were compared. The bachelor thesis includes also manual for analytical chemistry practicals.
