Práce je členěna do pěti hlavních kapitol, jejichž obsahem je stručný vývoj právní úpravy pojmů oběti a poškozeného od roku 1961 do roku 2013 na území České republiky, kdy byl vydán zákon o obětech trestných činů. This thesis is divided into five main chapters, which contain a brief development of the legal regulation of the concepts of victim and the injured party from 1961 to 2013 in the Czech republic.
