The Creation of a Company Providing a Rental of Vehicles for an Operating Lease

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu podnikatelského záměru společnosti poskytující pronájem vozidel na operativní leasing. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části byla zpracována literární rešerše zabývající se problematikou tvorby nového podnikatelského subjektu. Byly zde vymezeny základní teoretické pojmy vztahující se ke zkoumanému podnikání, nastíněn princip business modelu, charakterizována struktura podnikatelského plánu a popsány jednotlivé nástroje a metody sloužící k analýze podnikatelského prostředí. V úvodu praktické části byla nejprve provedena analýza současného podnikatelského prostředí. Na základě výsledků analýzy byl poté zpracován podnikatelský záměr, který se skládá z business modelu a podnikatelského plánu. V závěru byl podnikatelský záměr podroben ekonomickému zhodnocení a zhodnocení jeho rizik.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a business plan of a company providing a rental of vehicles for operating leasing. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, a literary search dealing with the issue of creating a new business entity was processed. The basic theoretical concepts related to the researched business were defined, the principle of the business model was outlined, the structure of the business plan was characterized and individual tools and methods used to analyze the business environment were described. In the introduction to the practical part, an analysis of the current business environment was first performed. Based on the results of the analysis, a business plan was prepared, which consists of a business model and a business plan. In the end, the business plan was subjected to economic evaluation and evaluation of its risks.
