Czech Presidencies of Visegrad Group in 2003 - 2012

Abstract:

This thesis analyses the programs of three Czech Presidencies of the Visegrad Group. With the combination of open and axial coding, it researches not only the Presidencies themselves but also the current context and shows what goals the state chooses, whether they are set continuously or whether they are changing and to what extent they reflect international and domestic influences. The goal is to determine the priorities of the Presidencies in the chosen time period and to outline the long-term trends of the strategy of choosing objectives in the programs of the Visegrad Group Presidencies.

Abstract:

Práca analyzuje programy troch českých predsedníctiev Vyšehradskej skupiny. Pomocou kombinácie otvoreného a axiálneho kódovania skúma nie len samotné programy predsedníctiev, ale aj aktuálny kontext a sleduje, aké ciele si štát počas svojho predsedníctva volí, či sú zadávané kontinuálne alebo sa menia a do akej miery reflektujú medzinárodné a vnútropolitické vplyvy. Cieľom je určenie priorít predsedníctiev vo vybranom období a načrtnutie dlhodobých trendov stratégie výberu cieľov v programoch predsedníctiev V4.
