Ve své práci se věnuji nekalosoutěžnímu porušení obchodního tajemství v České republice a v Německu. Obsahem práce je rozbor pojmu obchodního tajemství a skutkové podstaty porušení obchodního tajemství v obou zemích. Následně jsou úpravy srovnány. My thesis addresses trade secret violation under unfair competition laws both in the Czech republic and Germany. The content of the thesis is an analysis of the trade secret concept and the factual basis of trade secret violation in both countries. Subsequently, the adaptations are compared.
