Abstract:
ANOTACE Knosová Gabriela, Glykemický index potravin, Bakalářská práce, Brno: Masarykova univerzita, Fakulta sportovních studií, Katedra podpory zdraví, 2008. Cílem této bakalářské práce, určené široké veřejnosti, je objasnění významu sacharidů ve výživě člověka a současně vymezení souvisejících pojmů s důrazem na glykemický index potravin. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol
Abstract:
ABSTRACT Knosová Gabriela, Glycemic index of food, Bachelor work, Brno: Masaryk University, Fakulty of sports studies, 2008. The aim of this bachelor work, which is for wide public, is to enlighten the meaning of carbohydrates in a human nutrition and also to define connected concept to point out the glycemic index. The work is divided in to five chapters.
