Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání vztahu mezi výkonovou motivací a well-beingem konzultantů působících ve finančních a realitních službách. Cílem práce je na základě analýzy rozebrat, jak výkonová motivace ovlivňuje aspekty well-beingu v pracovním prostředí konzultantů ve finančních a realitních službách. Sekundárním cílem je navrhnout praktická doporučení pro podporu pracovního výkonu a psychické pohody zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se věnuje základním přístupům k výkonové motivaci, její roli v pracovním prostředí a teoretickým konceptům well-beingu. Dále je popsána problematika vztahu mezi těmito dvěma faktory a jejich vliv na pracovní spokojenost a efektivitu. V praktické části byl realizován kvantitativní výzkum za použití strukturovaných rozhovorů s konzultanty ve zkoumaném odvětví. Data byla analyzována pomocí statistických metod za účelem identifikace klíčových souvislostí mezi výkonovou motivací a jednotlivými složkami well-beingu. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují na významné vztahy mezi zkoumanými proměnnými a přinášejí poznatky, které mohou být využity k efektivnějšímu řízení lidských zdrojů, zlepšení pracovního prostředí a podpoře celkové spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Práce nabízí teoretická i praktická doporučení s potenciálním přínosem pro manažerskou praxi.

Abstract:

The study focuses on examining the relationship between achievement motivation and the wellbeing of consultants working in financial and real estate services. The aim of this thesis is to analyze how achievement motivation influences aspects of well-being in the workplace among consultants in financial and real estate services. The secondary aim is to propose practical recommendations for supporting employee performance and psychological well-being. The theoretical section addresses fundamental approaches to achievement motivation, its role in the work environment, and theoretical concepts of wellbeing. Furthermore, it describes the relationship between these two factors and their impact on job satisfaction and efficiency. In the practical section, quantitative research was conducted using structured interviews with consultants in the examined sector. The data were analyzed using statistical methods to identify key correlations between achievement motivation and various components of wellbeing. The research findings reveal significant relationships between the variables studied and provide insights that can be used to improve human resource management, enhance the work environment, and support overall employee satisfaction. The study offers theoretical and practical recommendations with potential benefits for managerial practice.
