Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá poměrně moderní problematikou, tzv. stalkingem neboli nebezpečným pronásledováním. Práce je teoretického charakteru a je zde popsána charakteristika stalkingu, historie stalkingu, základní znaky a druhy. Dále popisuje pachatelé i oběti stalkingu a jeho právní úpravu. V závěru práce se nachází dotazníkové šetření, které mělo zjistit všeobecnou informovanost veřejnosti o stalkingu.

Abstract:

Graduate thesis deals with the issue of so-called relatively modern. stalking or dangerous pursuits. The work is theoretical, and is described here stalking, stalking history, basic characteristics and types. It also describes the perpetrators as well as victims of stalking and its legislation. In conclusion, there is a survey, which should determine the general public awareness of stalking.
