Pracovní zátěž a pracovní spokojenost mezi pracovníky prenatální a perinatální péče

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zjištěním úrovně pracovní zátěže a pracovní spokojenosti pracovníků z oblasti prenatální a perinatální péče a zjištěním, zda je mezi sledovaných skupinami profesí rozdíl mezi tendencí k přetížení, či zda se existuje vztah mezi pracovní spokojeností a pracovní zátěží, velikostí pracoviště a pracovní zátěží, oborovým zaměřením a pracovní spokojeností nebo zátěží a zda existuje vztah mezi množstvím přesčasů a pracovní spokojeností nebo zátěží. Primární data získá pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Tento dotazník bude složen z více nástrojů sběru dat, a to z dotazníku Job Satisfaction Survey, dalším nástrojem sběru dat, který bude součástí dotazníku je Meisterův dotazník a doplňkový nástroj pracovní zátěže QWI. Následně budou takto získaná data analyzována pomocí statistického softwaru Jamovi. Výsledky pracovní zátěže nebyly příznivé, protože 25,3 % respondentů bylo vyhodnocených na 2. stupni zátěže a 5,1 % dokonce na 3. stupni zátěže, to je v oblasti zdravotnictví poměrně nebezpečné v závislosti na pokles výkonnosti a možné ohrožení zdraví. Celková tendence k monotonii byla u 3 respondentů (3,8 %) vyhodnocena jako 2. stupeň zátěže a u pouze 1 respondenta (1,3 %) byla tendence k monotonii vyhodnocena jako 3. stupeň zátěže. Kombinace dvou předchozích tendencí vyšla u 15 respondentů (19 %) jako 2. stupeň zátěže a opět pouze u 1 respondenta (1,3 %) byla vyhodnocena jako 3. stupeň zátěže. V závislosti na pracovní spokojenosti 6 respondentů (7,6 %) vykazovalo nespokojenost a 25 respondentů (31,6 %) dosáhlo úrovně spokojenosti. V tendenci k přetížení mezi profesemi nebyl nalezen statisticky významný rozdíl. Z korelačních analýz pak bylo vyvozeno, že mezi pracovní spokojeností a zátěží, mezi velikostí pracoviště a pracovní zátěží i množstvím přesčasů a pracovní spokojeností korelace existuje, zatímco mezi oborovým zaměřením a pracovní spokojeností ani zátěži a mezi množstvím přesčasů a pracovní zátěží vycházela pouze triviální korelace. Výsledky této práce mohou být užitečná pro personální oddělení zdravotnických zařízení jako prostředek pro identifikaci možných zlepšení a také pro další výzkum v oblasti pracovní spokojenosti a zátěže, kdy mohou být použity jako komparativní data. Dosažené výsledky jsou limitovány velikostí zkoumaného souboru, který čítal pouze 79 respondentů a tím, že do výzkumu byly zahrnuty pouze dvě profesní skupiny.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with finding out the level of workload and job satisfaction of workers in the field of prenatal and perinatal care and finding out whether there is a difference between the observed groups of professions in the tendency to overload, or whether there is a relationship between job satisfaction and workload, the size of the workplace and work workload, field focus and job satisfaction or workload and whether there is a relationship between the amount of overtime and job satisfaction or workload. Primary data will be obtained using a questionnaire survey. This questionnaire will consist of several data collection tools, namely the Job Satisfaction Survey questionnaire, another data collection tool that will be part of the questionnaire is the Meister questionnaire and the additional QWI workload tool. Subsequently, the data obtained in this way will be analyzed using the statistical software Jamovi. The results of the workload were not favorable, as 25.3% of respondents were evaluated at the 2nd level of workload and 5.1% even at the 3rd level of workload, which is quite dangerous in the healthcare sector depending on the decrease in performance and possible health threats. In 3 respondents (3.8%) the overall tendency to monotony was evaluated as 2nd degree of burden and in only 1 respondent (1.3%) the tendency to monotony was evaluated as 3rd degree of burden. The combination of the two previous tendencies resulted in 15 respondents (19%) as the 2nd degree of burden, and again only in 1 respondent (1.3%) was evaluated as the 3rd degree of burden. Depending on job satisfaction, 6 respondents (7.6%) showed dissatisfaction and 25 respondents (31.6%) reached the level of satisfaction. No statistically significant difference was found in the tendency to overload between professions. From the correlation analyses, it was concluded that there is a correlation between job satisfaction and workload, between the size of the workplace and workload as well as the amount of overtime and job satisfaction, while there was only a trivial correlation between field focus and job satisfaction and workload and between the amount of overtime and workload. The results of this work can be useful for HR departments of healthcare facilities as a means of identifying possible improvements and also for further research in the field of job satisfaction and workload, where they can be used as comparative data. The achieved results are limited by the size of the research group, which included only 79 respondents and by the fact that only two professional groups were included in the research.
