Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak je naplňován zákon č. 159/2006 Sb. o střetu zájmů, se zaměřením na majetková přiznání poslanců PS ČR. V rámci bakalářské práce bude vypracována analýza majetkových přiznání poslanců z období Nečasovy vlády. Analýza dále zkoumá, zda poslanci vykonávali během funkčního období jiné činnosti, nabyli majetek a jestli získali peněžité příjmy, dary anebo naopak jim vznikly …more
Abstract:
The main goal of the thesis is to find out how the Law no. 159/2006 Sb. on conflict of interest is fulfilled with special focus on asset declarations of the Members of Parliament of the Czech House of Assembly. An analysis of completeness of MP asset declarations from the period of Nečas' Government is a part of the thesis.
