Práce se zabývá problematikou čajoven v České republice, se zaměřením na Ústecký kraj. Zkoumané čajovny jsou čajovna U Spícího Draka v Ústí nad Labem, U Spícího Draka v Roudnici nad Labem, Kašmír v Kadani a Sv.Mikuláše v Lounech. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of teahouses in the Czech Republic, with a special focus on Ústí Region. The researched teahouses are Teahouse U Spícího Draka in Ústí nad Labem, U Spícího Draka in Roudnice nad Labem, Kašmír in Kadaň and Sv.Mikuláše in Louny.
