Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá významem medu v potravinářství. V první části se věnuje charakteristice medu a popisem různých druhů medu. V práci je popsána i technologie zpracování medu a jeho složení. Má důležitou roli v potravinářství, jak v nápojovém, tak v pekárenském a cukrárenském průmyslu.
