Abstract:
V úvodu práce se věnuji a snažím popsat řízení vztahů se zákazníky, vizi telekomunikační společnosti a jejího vlivu na řízení na všech úrovních. V této části jsou zmíněny procesy související se získáváním, péčí a udržením zákazníka. Druhá část práce se týká návrhu nového konceptu služeb a jeho atraktivity pro zákazníky. At the beginning of my dissertation I try to describe customers relationship management, basic vision of the telecomunication company and the vision influence on all management levels.
