Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o terapii amblyopie u dospělého pacienta. V úvodu je popsán neuroanatomický podklad binokulárního vidění a mechanismus vzniku amblyopie. Následující kapitola amblyopii charakterizuje a popisuje konzervativní léčbu. Čtvrtá kapitola se již zaměřuje na dospělého jedince, zabývá se kritickou periodou, a zbytkovou neurální plasticitou. The bachelor thesis deals with the therapy of amblyopia in an adult patient. In the introduction the neuroanatomical basis of binocular vision and the mechanism of amblyopia are described. The following chapter characterizes amblyopia and describes conservative treatment.
