Diplomová práce srovnává právní úpravu regulace poskytování služeb v právu ES a právu WTO na základě pěti hlavních aspektů. Tím prvním je pojem služeb, dále pak historie právní regulace, způsoby poskytování služeb, rozsah regulovaných služeb. Pátým aspektem je možný budoucí vývoj mezinárodního poskytování služeb.
