Intrinsic motivation of kindergarten teacher for the use of puppet during direct instruction

Abstract:

Ve této bakalářské práci se budu věnovat vnitřní motivací učitelek mateřských škol, které využívají loutku při řízených činnostech. V teoretické časti budu věnovat pozornost zejména termínu motivace, především vnitřní, dále nahlédnu pod oponu loutkového divadla zaměřím se na postavení loutky ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu a v neposlední řade se budu v práci věnovat učitelkám mateřských škol a řízeným činnostem. Výzkumná část je zaměřena především na pedagogy, kteří při svých vlastních řízených činnostech používají loutku. Pomocí metody polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se pokusím zjistit jejich zkušenosti s loutkou a loutkových divadlem, jejich vlastní motivaci při uplatnění tohoto materiálně didaktického prostředku, obavy a problémy, které mohou nastat při motivaci, ale také pozitiva využití loutky v řízených činnostech.

Abstract:

In this bachelor thesis I will deal with intrinsic motivation of kindergarten teacher for the use of puppet during direct instruction. In the theoretical part I will pay attention to the term motivation and especially intrinsic motivation. I will look under the curtain of puppet theater and I will focus on the position of the puppet in the educational process. At last but not least I will focus on kindergarten teachers and direct instruction in preprimary education. The survey part is focused mainly on teachers who use a puppet in their own direct instruction. Using the method of semi-structured interview, I will try to find out the answers for question what is their experience with a puppet and a puppet theater? How the intrinsic motivation can influence their worries about using this materially educational instrument? And What are positive side for the use of puppet during the direct instruction.
