The use of experts and experts in forensic practice

Abstract:

Jako pracovník Policie ČR se při výkonu své práce setkávám s danou problematikou. S oblibou je zpracovávána scénáristy různých kriminálních filmů a seriálů, i v popisu skutečných kauz v denním tisku, mnohdy však tak neseriózně, že přímo poškozuje obraz policie v očích veřejnosti. Svou bakalářskou práci jsem proto koncipoval tak, abych ozřejmil principy a souvislosti v objasňování trestných činů, pojmenoval účastníky trestních řízení a popsal jejich činnost a odpovědnost. Bakalářská práce je v závěrečné části doplněna o přílohy, jako jsou vzory dokumentů, tabulky apod.

Abstract:

As a worker of the Czech Police, I meet the issue in the performance of my work. It is fond of writing screenwriters of various criminal films and serials, but also in describing real cases in the daily press, but often so unreasonably that it directly damages the image of the police in the eyes of the public. Therefore, I designed my bachelor thesis to clarify the principles and context in criminal investigation, to name the participants in criminal proceedings and to describe their activities and responsibilities. The bachelor thesis is supplemented with attachments such as documents, tables, etc. in the final part.
