Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je vyhodnotit vliv střídavé péče na socializaci dítěte, a to v případech, kdy došlo k rozvodu rodičů. Vedlejším cílem je poté definovat pojem socializace dítěte, včetně uvedení jeho činitelů. Dále je uveden přehled vývoje právní úpravy střídavé péče na území České republiky, včetně přehledu nejvýznamnějším judikatury v této věci. V závěru práce se autor věnuje aktuálním problémům …more

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the effect of alternate care on the socialization of child in cases, where the parents are divorce. Secondary aim is to define the term socialization of child, including its factors.
