Téma diplomové práce je zřejmé již z názvu – „Porovnání českého a slovenského obecního zřízení.“ Vzhledem ke geografické a historické blízkosti obou zemí považuji za přínosné vzájemně se inspirovat zkušenostmi v oblasti fungování obcí. The topic of this thesis is already apparent from the title - "Comparison of the Czech and Slovak Municipal Establishment." Because of geographic and historical neigborhood of both countries I consider as benefits to inspire each other in experiences in functioning municipalities field.
