The celebration of victory over Swedes was one of the most important events of baroque era in Brno. This master‘s thesis is focused on the course of the celebration, however the main subject of this work is a translation of part of the print from the year 1747 called "Kurtz verfaste Nachricht" from German to Czech. Oslavy vítězství nad švédským vojskem byly jednou z nejvýznamnějších událostí v barokním Brně. V této práci se zabýváme průběhem slavností, avšak stěžejním bodem této magisterské práce je překlad ve formě edice části tisku "Kurtz verfaste Nachtricht" z roku 1747 z německého originálu do češtiny.
