Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou převodu podniku fyzické osoby na obchodní společnost zejména z hlediska daní a účetnictví, a to jak na straně podnikatele, tak na straně obchodní společnosti. Problematika je řešena na praktických příkladech za použití údajů o konkrétním podniku.
Abstract:
My graduation theses deals with the transfer of natural person´s business to a trading company, particularly from the terms of taxes and accountancy both the enterpreneur and the business company.This theses´ questions are solved in practical Examples, when the concrete company facts are used.
