Specific Allergen Immunotherapy
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na léčbu alergií alergenovou imunoterapií, její princip a průběh léčby. Dále je vysvětleno jak imunitní systém člověka reaguje na různé druhy alergenu. Jsou uvedeny způsoby podání alergenu do organismu i různé typy vakcín, včetně rekombinantních alergenů, pro specifickou alergenovou imunoterapii.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the treatment of allergies by allergen immunotherapy, its principle and the course of treatment. It is also explained how the human immune system reacts to different types of allergen. And what types of allergen vaccines can be prepared for immunotherapy with different types of allergen administration.
