Cílem práce je popsat aplikaci behaviorální ekonomie na právní myšlení, vysvětlit důvody a způsoby její aplikace, jakožto i přiblížit aplikaci na vybraném příkladu. The aim of the thesis is to describe the application of behavioral economics in legal thinking, to explain the reasons and possibilities of application as well as to illustrate the application on a chosen example.
