Nastíněný historický exkurz do problematiky venkova ukazuje momentální potřeby venkovského prostoru a určuje směry kterým se obnova ubírá. The aim of this thesis is to characterize the Program for Rural Development and to describe its practical application. Outlined historical excursion into the rural problems shows the present needs of the countryside and indicates future trends of the development.
