Bakalářská práce se zabývá evropskou azylovou politikou se zaměřením na nezletilé bez doprovodu. Cílem práce je zjistit, na jakých principech je společný evropský azylový systém postaven, jak a zda zohledňuje specifickou situaci nezletilých bez doprovodu a jaká úskalí skýtá přijímací proces nezletilých v praxi. This bachelor thesis focuses on European asylum policy with the attention to unaccompanied minors.
