Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o změnách topografíí rohovky před a po extrakci stehů po transplantaci rohovky a to přesně po perforující keratoplastice. Stručně je popsána anatomie a histologie rohovky, astigmatismus, keratokonus - onemocnění, pro které pacienti v rámci této práce podstupovali perforující keratoplastiku. Abstract:
This thesis is about penetrating keratoplasty and efects on corneal topografy. It has chapters about anatomy of cornea, astigmatism, corneal topography and keratoconus. The patients were separeted up according to technique of suture and it was evaluated astigmatism, axis, maximal and minimal keratometry
