Ako tému tejto bakalárskej práce som si zvolil variantné štúdie využitia plochej strechy administratívnej budovy vychádzajúcej z predmetu Ateliér I – III. Variantné návrhy sa líšia v skladbe a vo využití plochej strechy. Jedná sa o varianty zelenej intenzívnej, polointenzívnej a extenzívnej plochej strechy.
