Corporate culture as a tool of responsible management

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na prvky podnikové kultury, které napomáhají odpovědnému managementu ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části je představena problematika podnikové kultury a odpovědného managementu. V odpovědném managementu je blíže představen jeden z nástrojů, kterým je koncept CSR. V praktické části s využitím dotazníkového šetření je analyzován stav podnikové kultury, který napomáhá odpovědnému managementu ve vybraném podniku. Dále se práce zaměřuje na zhodnocení výsledků, které vyplynuly z analýzy.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the elements of corporate culture that help responsible management in the selected company. The problem is presented in the theoretical part of corporate culture and responsible management. In responsible management, one of the tools of responsible management, which is the concept of CSR, is presented in more detail. In the practical part, the state of the corporate culture supporting responsible management in the selected company is analyzed using a questionnaire survey. Furthermore, the work focuses on the evaluation of the results that emerged from the analysis.
