The proposal of strategic alternatives of development for construction company
Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce byla analýza vnitřního i vnějšího prostředí vybrané stavební firmy a na základě výsledků této analýzy sestavení návrhu strategických alternativ jejího rozvoje s cílem tuto společnost nejen stabilizovat, ale také vytvořit podmínky pro zvýšení její konkurenceschopnosti na českém trhu.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis was the analysis of the internal and external environment of a selected construction company and based on the results of this analysis, to propose strategic alternatives of their development with the purpose not only to stabilize this company but also to create conditions for increasing their competitiveness on the Czech market.
