Significance of pedagogic assistant´s activities at primary schools in Chomutov district.

Abstract:

Téma bakalářské práce se věnuje pedagogickým asistentům a jejich profesi, která je u nás poměrně nová a neustále se vyvíjí. V prvních kapitolách je práce zaměřena na školský sytém v České republice, na jeho rozdělení, proměny během politických změn a na vznik pozice pedagogického asistenta v českém školství. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány této profesi z hlediska vývoje legislativy a zákona. Integrace dítěte musí probíhat systematicky a komplexně. Proto je nutné vytvářet takové zázemí, které úspěšnou integraci podpoří. Na rozvoji dítěte se podílí rodiče, škola ? její technické zázemí a vybavení speciálními pomůckami, učitel a hlavně asistent, který se dítěti nejvíce věnuje. V práci proto najdeme, kdo je to vlastně asistent, kdo se jím může stát a co je náplní jeho činnosti. Další část práce se zaměřuje na zhodnocení činnosti a potřebnosti této profese z pohledu asistenta a učitele, který má asistenta ve třídě. Metodou výzkumu je dotazník. Ten vytváří ucelený přehled o pozici pedagogického asistenta na základních školách v okrese Chomutov.

Abstract:

The theme of the thesis is teaching assistants and their profession, which is quite new and constantly evolves. The first chapters focus on education system in the Czech Republic, its distribution, its changes during the political changes and the creation of teaching assistant positions in the Czech educational system. Other chapters are devoted to this profession due to changes in legislation and law. Integration of the child must be systematic and comprehensive manner. It is therefore necessary to create such rear that will support successful integration. The growth of a child includes the school - its technical rear and equipment, special aids, teachers and principal assistants, who care about children the most. In this work, we can find who actually is an assistant, who may become one, and what is the scope of its activities. Another part focuses on the evaluation of the activities and necessity of the profession from the perspective of the teacher, which has an assistant in the classr. The method of research is a questionnaire. It establishes a comprehensive overview of the position of assistant teaching at elementary schools in the district of Chomutov.
