Registered Capital, Contribution of Capital and Shares in the Capital Companies
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá funkcemi, možnostmi a využitím základního kapitálu, vkladu a podílu ve společnosti s ručením omezeným nebo v akciové společnosti, a to především z pohledu běžné praxe. Přitom se zaměřuje především na společnosti s ručením omezeným, neboť tento typ je v naší republice zastoupen v mnohem větší míře nežli společnosti akciové.
Abstract:
This work deals with practical functions, possibilities and potential utilization of a registered capital, investment and share in a limited or stock company. It focuses primarily on the limited companies because companies of this type are most widespread in the Czech Republic.
