Abstract:

Anotace Cílem bakalářské práce je postihnout problematiku spojenou se zaváděním pozice projektového manažera na úrovni obce a na základě porovnání teoretických východisek s praxí předložit vhodná doporučení pro obce. Bakalářská práce "Projektový manažer na úrovni obce - implementace, bariéry, přínosy" ve své úvodní části zmiňuje teoretickou stránku projektů a uvádí definice základních pojmů spojených s problematikou projektů, projektového manažera a projektového řízení. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty výhody, nevýhody a překážky spojené se zaváděním této pozice na obecních úřadech a také zmíněny požadavky na osobnost a odbornost projektového manažera. V praktické části je na základě tří případových studií v obcích ČR provedena komparace zjištěných skutečností z praxe a následně vyvozen závěr v podobě možných řešení a doporučení pro využití při zavádění pozice projektového manažera na úrovni obce.

Abstract:

Annotation The aim of this thesis is to identify issues related to the implementation of a project manager at the municipality level and by comparing the theoretical background and practice to submit appropriate recommendations to the community. Bachelor thesis "Project Manager at the commune level - implementation, barriers, benefits" in its introductory section refers to theoretical aspects of projects and provides definitions of basic terms associated with the issue of projects, projemanager and projectmanagement. In the theoretical section summarizes the advantages, disadvantages and barriers associated with the implementation of this position at the municipal offices and also mentioned requirements on the personality and skills of the project manager. The practical part is based on threecase studies in the municipalities of the Czech Republic made a comparison of the findings from practice and then concluded in the form of possible solutions and recommendations for use in implementing a project manager at the municipality level.
