Ways to regulate hydropower plant

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce seznamuje v první části s hlavním principem vodních elektráren. Dále jsou zde popsány druhy vodních elektráren a stav vodních elektráren ve světě a v ČR. V druhé části jsou vypsány základní typy turbín a způsob jejích regulace. Druhá část také obsahuje moţnosti zvětšení výnosu a účinnosti vodní elektrárny mezi které patří zavedením nových technologií, kombinace provozu s větrnými elektrárnami a moţnost trhu s elektřinou. Závěrem jsou vodní elektrárny zhodnoceny z hlediska ekonomického i energetického.

Abstract:

In the first part this thesis introduces with the main principle of hydroelectric power plants. There are also described the types of hydroelectric power plants and situation hydroelectric power plants in the world and Czech Republic. Thesis describes the basic types of turbines and way of its regulation in the second section. The second part also includes options to enlarge the yield and the efficiency of hydroelectric power plants, which are the introduction of new technologies, the combination of the service with wind power plants and the possibility of electricty market. At the end the hydroelectric power stations are evaluated in terms of both economic and energetic.
