The attractiveness and controversy of a svarc system.
Abstract:
Cílem práce je vymezení obsahu základních pojmů týkajících se švarcsystému a pracovních vztahů, způsoby zaměstnávání zaměstnanců v podnicích, jak a proč vznikl tzv. švarcsystém, důvody jeho přitažlivosti, v čem tkví jeho kontroverznost a srovnání s jinými systémy zaměstnávání.
Abstract:
Objective of this work is the definition of the basic terms related to svarcsystem and labor relations, ways of employment for employees in companies, how and why was created the svarcsystem, the reasons for his appeal, exactly what the controversy and its comparison with other systems work.
