Vertical constructions for growing interior plants

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vertikálních rostlinných konstrukcí v interiéru. Část literární rešerše je z hlavní části zaměřena na moderní trendy a způsoby realizování tohoto typu vegetačního prvku. Autor si zde dal za úkol také kategorizovat vertikální rostlinné konstrukce dle typu pěstebního média, které je v konstrukci použito. Práce se zabývá také popisem realizace experimentu s rostlinnou vertikální konstrukcí ve veřejném prostoru interiéru klubu Kabinet múz v Brně. Jsou zde popsány jak pracovní postupy při realizaci, tak použité materiály a důvody jejich zvolení. V poslední části práce se autor zamýšlí především nad úspěšností experimentu a klady a zápory konvenčně užívaných systémů vertikálních rostlinných konstrukcí.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of indoor vertical vegetable constructions. Literature research part is mainly focused on modern trends and types of realizations of this vegetable element. Author gave himself a goal to categorise vertical vegetable constructions by the type of growing medium which is used. Thesis also deals with the description of realization of the experiment on the vertical vegetable construction in the public space inside the Kabinet múz club in Brno city. There is described the work procedure and also used materials and reasons for choosing them. In the last part of the thesis author contemplates mainly about succes rate of the experiment and pros and cons of conventionaly used systems of vertical vegetable constructions.
