Diplomová práce se zabývá majetkovou a kapitálovou strukturou středně velké stavební společnosti. Cílem je určení základních položek majetkové a kapitálové výstavby podniku a nalezení optimálního rozložení pro maximalizaci dlouhodobého zisku. The diploma thesis deals with the property and capital structure of a medium-sized construction company. The aim is to determine the factors that determines these structures and help to find the optimal distribution for maximizing long-term profit.
