Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o aplikaci vnitřních organizačních norem společnosti Siemens s.r.o. a jejich přínosu na chod celého koncernu. Užití daných systémů a aplikace všeobecně uznávaných norem je přínosem pro konkurenceschopnost a celkovou stabilitu společnosti, pomáhá a je velice účinným nástrojem k efektivnímu řízení této společnosti. Usnadňuje a dává tím přímý prostor k optimalizacím a udržení konkurenceschopnosti nyní i v budoucnosti. Uveden je příklad praktické aplikace řídících procesů probíhajících uvnitř společnosti Siemens s.r.o. a jejich přímý dopad na efektivitu nabízených služeb.

Abstract:

This document disserts upon application of inner organizational norms used within Siemens LTD Company and its dedication on fluent flow the whole group. Usage of these systems and application of generally recognized standards is contribution for efficient business competition and overall stability. It helps and is very efficient tool to achieve great score of the group both in the present and the future. Example how inner organizational standards and norms are applied is described too. It explains the impact of using it and its impact on effectiveness of offered services and whole flow of the company.
