Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dokazování v trestním řízení na území České republiky, Anglie a Walesu, se zaměřením na důkazní prostředky výslechu a rekognice. This bachelor thesis deals with issues of evidence in criminal proceedings in the Czech Republic, England and Wales, focusing on testimony and identification as means of proof.
