Abstract:
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create a software RNAi tool, which processes the siRecords database. The database contains siRNA sequences, which are used in method called RNA Interference.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie programu RNAi tool, ktorý spracuje databázu siRecords. Databáza obsahuje záznamy siRNA sekvencií, ktoré sa využívajú pri metóde RNA Interference.
