The Nurses´ Motivation to the Qualification´s Increase

Abstract:

Diplomová práce mapuje faktory, které ovlivňují rozhodování sester dále se vzdělávat a zjišťuje úroveň spokojenosti sester se stavem motivátorů na pracovišti. Těžiště práce tvoří dotazníkové šetření mezi 291 respondenty. Teoretickými východisky výzkumu jsou Maslowova a Herzbergova teorie motivace. Analýza a interpretace získaných dat poskytuje informace o motivaci sester ke zvyšování kvalifikace. Výsledky průzkumu je možno využít k rozšíření nabídky vzdělávacích aktivit pro sestry podle jejich zájmu. Tuto práci je také možno použít jako východisko pro další výzkumy

Abstract:

The thesis is aimed at the factors, that nurses are influenced by, when they decide on further education. It also finds out the level of satisfaction with the motivation in their work. The focus is the questionnaire survey, where 291 nurses were included. The theoretical basis of the survey were Maslow´s and Herzberg´s theories of motivation. The analysis and interpretation of the obtained data give evidence about nurses´ motivation to the qualification´s enhancement. The results of the survey can be used to enlarge the offer of educational activities for nurses according their interest. This thesis can also be used as the basis for another surveys
