Lunchbox diet

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje problematiku komerčního programu pro redukci hmotnosti – krabičkové diety. Informuje o kvalitě této služby a její vhodnosti pro redukci hmotnosti klientů. Dále se zaměřuje na popis procesu přípravy pokrmů včetně hygienických požadavků na provozovny, povinnosti pro pracovníky, dodržení chladícího řetězce a dalších hygienických norem souvisejících s přípravou a rozvozem pokrmů. Hodnotí také negativa a pozitiva konzumace pokrmů krabičkové diety nejen z hlediska redukce hmotnosti, ale také z hlediska sociálního. Praktická část se zaměřuje na klienty užívající krabičkovou dietu a sleduje jejich spokojenost se službou a jejich subjektivní zhodnocení účinnosti krabičkové diety. Druhá praktická část se zaměřuje na firmy samotné, jejich ochotu ke spolupráci a hodnocení kvality nabízených služeb.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is interested in the problematics of commercial programme focused on a weight reduction – a lunchbox diet. The thesis informs about a quality of proposed service and its suitability for weight reduction of clients. Further it focuses on preparation process of meal including its hygienic requirements of premises, employees obligation, a maintaining of low temperature of prepared meals for the whole time until they are delivered to the clients and another hygienic standards regarding preparation and transport of the meals. The bachelor thesis also evaluates negative and positive sides (disadvantages and advantages) of the lunchbox diet-meals consumption not only from the weight reduction point of view but also from the social perspective. A practical part of the thesis addresses to clients who utilize lunchbox diet and monitores their satisfaction with the offered service. Moreover, clients´subjective rating of the efficiency of the lunchbox diet is discussed. The second practical part of the thesis is concentrated on the companies as such and their willingness to colaborate. Finaly a quality of offered services of mentioned companies is assessed.
