Authenticity of art pies

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na autentičnost uměleckého díla. Nejprve vymezuje důležité pojmy, jako je autenticita, umělecké dílo, falzum a z něho vyplývající morální a právní odpovědnost. Důležitá je zde hranice mezi hodnověrností a plagiátorstvím, a následně řešení, zabraňující falšování uměleckých děl. Praktická část pojednává o průběhu vytváření díla, které můžeme zařadit do angažovaného umění, poukazující na určitý společenský fenomén, který se následně snaží odkrýt a zhmotnit v podobě dvou diplomových prací. Záleží na divákovi, jestli pozná, které dílo je skutečně autorky a které si na něho pouze hraje. Na práci je nahlíženo také z historického vývoje, až po současnou uměleckou scénu. Nedílnou součástí je také pedagogický přesah, kde jsou získané poznatky převedeny do podoby několika výtvarných zadání pro děti.

Abstract:

The master's project is focusing on an authenticity of a work of art. First of all, it defines important notions like an authenticity, a work of art, a falsification, moral and legal responsibility to come from a falsification. Very important is the border between a credence and plagiarism, then the resolution which prevents a counterfeiting works of art. The practical part is about the process of making the art, which we can classify to an engaged art and it points out on a specific social phenomenon which is going to try to uncover and to materialize in the form of two master's projects. It depends on a spectator if he or she will try to guess what is the real author's work of art and what is the false work of art. The project also must be seen from the historical development to the contemporary artistic scene. The pedagogical overlap is an important part of the project, where the acquired knowledge are transformed into the form of a few creative tasks for children.
