Ve své práci popisuji aktuální stav právní úpravy kolektivního investování v Evropských společenstvích. In my thesis I describe a current situation of the legal framework of the Collective Investment Law in the European Communities. I focus mainly on current shortcomings of the UCITS Directive, on various practical issues connected to its application, and on the proposal on its changes prepared by the European Commission.
