Methods of recruitment and selection of employees, applications and their limits
Abstract:
Obsahem práce bylo napomoci jmenované společnosti při výběru zaměstnanců. Metody výběru zaměstnanců jsou popsány ve třech fázích. Těmito fázemi jsou 1. definování požadavků, ve kterých se popíše pracovní místo a požadavky na danou funkci, 2. oslovení uchazečů, zde se vyhodnocují různé zdroje uchazečů, a za 3. výběr nejvhodnějšího uchazeče pomocí pohovoru nebo testů schopností a dovedností.

The content of this work was to assist appointed company with selection of employees. Personnel selection methods are described in three phases. These phases are: 1. definition of requirements, job descriptions and requirements for a given function, 2. addressing the candidates, various sources of applicants are being evaluated here. 3.
