Abstract:
Předkládaná bakalářská práce je zaměřena na postavení poškozeného v trestním řízení. Nejprve je definován pojem a osoba poškozeného, vymezen pojem škody a její druhy. Dále je popsán historický vývoj institutu poškozeného v trestním řízení, a to od vzniku Československa až po platnou právní úpravu. Posléze jsou rozebrána práva poškozeného. The bachelor thesis is focused on the status of an aggrieved person in criminal proceedings. The concept of the aggrieved person, the concept of damage and its classification are defined first. The historical development of the legal definition of aggrieved person in criminal proceedings, starting from the establishment of Czechoslovakia, to the current valid legal form, is desrcibed.
