Abstract:

Jandová Aneta,Etické aspekty podnikání v sektoru služeb,vedoucí práce: PhDr. Jan Máče Ph.D.,Diplomová práce je zaměřena na výzkum společenské odpovědnosti v hotelnictví. V teoretické části rozdělím etiku a charakterizuji jednotlivé proudy. Výzkum v praktické části byl proveden u pěti různých hotelů a byl podložen osobními pohovory s vedením každého hotelu.Cílem bylo zjistit, jak je společenská odpovědnosti v hotelech používána a jaký může mít vliv. V návrhové části shrnu zjištěná fakta a navrhnu opatření, která by měla být prospěšná.

Janda Aneta, ethical aspects of business in the service sector, Thesis Advisor: PhDr. Jan Máče Ph.D., The thesis is focused on the research of social responsibility in the hotel industry. he theoretical part will divide ethics and characterize individual streams. Research in the practical section was performed at five different hotels and was based on personal interviews with the management of each hotel. The objective was to find out how social responsibility on many used and how it can be useful. In the third part I will summarize the findings and propose measures that should be beneficial.
